Fondest memories of David. It's 62 years ago since I was asked by my aunt and uncle to get on my sit up and beg bike and go to the AA box on the A12 at Blythburgh near to the Southwold turn off where my cousin Pam had met David for a chat and to tell her to come home. Pam refused so I had to return on my own. Pam finally made her way home and was told to go to her room without any tea! Unbeknown to my uncle, my aunty took her some food upstairs. David was so gentle and likeable in his manner and was always pleased to see us whenever we bumped into each other. We feel so sorry for Pam as they were such a loving couple and helped one another come what may. Sending much love to Pam and family xxxxxx
